We have identified the cause of the document loading failures on the Compliance Portal in both the US and EU regions. A fix is in progress, and we will post another update once it is deployed.

We are investigating an issue where documents on the Compliance Portal fail to load. Visitors can open the portal, but requests to view or download documents return an error or never finish loading.

This affects both the US (us-east) and EU (eu-west) regions. Other portal content is still available.
